I have always called the office and talked with Lisa and she is very pleasant when I need to ask questions or help or to have my propane tank filled. She was located at the office in Nicholasville as well and was always pleasant to talk with and friendly.
With her friendliness and pleasant personality I think she deserves recognition for her years of service.
All in all I think you have great customer service from your office when I call.

I also know that prices go up each year but I think with your customers that you have had for years also deserves a special price rate on the propane each year.

Fast and easy to deal with every one from the office to the drivers are nice if the price goes up or down they let there coustemer know

My bill was twice as much as it was supposed to be. When I called they fixed it immediately.

I didn't have any issues that I had last year. The switch from Ameria Gas to Empire Gas was rather confusing...

We have always been totally please with John E. Foster & Sons, Inc. The staff in Leitchfield has always been friendly, efficient and dependable.
