Entire Amerigas team seems to work to please the customer. Business office reps always work with me to set up payment plans and, most recently, automatic refill. There's never a problem and they are happy to help.

The field reps know my house, location of my tank and fill without a problem. If I call the office and tell them that the crew can let themselves in my gate to fill the tank, note is made on my account and they take care of it. I must say that this is a vast improvement from Amerigas of years ago who would only fill my tank if I were home to open the gate. That was inconvenient because I had a window of several days that I either could not leave my house, had to leave my privacy gate open constantly, or could not venture any farther than a few minutes away so that I could respond to a phone call. The new approach is much better for me and for the crew.

As always, the service representative was professional, clean, and friendly. Even though he had to unreel a great deal of hose to reach our tanks (lots of cars visiting), he did it quickly and efficiently. He was also very straightforward about causing some minor damage to one of our trees as he backed into the drive - it was an incident he could not avoid - we have large crepe myrtles on either side of the drive and some of their branches overhang the driveway. It was very good of him to bring it to my attention and it was through no fault of his own.

When I contacted Amerigas they were very prompt, efficient and customer friendly. The account was adjusted within two days.

I don't have to worry about running out of gas, especially on the cold days that we have had. Amerigas keeps my tank with plenty of gas to continue to keep me warm. There is no worry ! For that I am grateful.

The timely fashion in which your delivery driver made it to my home to deliver fuel, the professional and courteous manner in which he handled himself, and the short amount of time it took for him to complete his job.
