Thanks for asking The delivery woman is very nice and professional I appreaciate the timely delivery of gas due the fact we heat, cook and hot water and dryer operates on gas. So keep up the good work. And many thanks.

The delivery was made automatically, without our having to call, and still with plenty in the tank, so we never had to worry about running out. The delivery was done quickly, and an invoice left in the door, so we did not have to be bothered.

The gentleman who filled up our tank is courteous, and very nice. Could not asked for a finer person to deliver the propane to our home.

Being able to speak to a human being when having any issues is very important.
It is very annoying to have to deal with computer voiced customer service people.

They stayed in touch to make sure the time worked out, the folks made a personal call which is helpful since we live in a different area from the home that received the service.

The technician that came to check our gas fireplace was very helpful in giving me information about the gas logs that we have. He gave me the serial number on the logs as they were misplaced when we moved into our home. I was able to find out how to replace the logs correctly and no problems with the fireplace working now.

The service was prompt and cautious. The delivery driver was so nice and took his time to help us get things on . He checker everything to make it was working properly.

I'm on 'will call' because I have a small tank, only use it for one thing. My local guys delivered THE SAME DAY. That was over and above and I will send them a note. I was speechless. I just said "whenever" and wow. Wow. That was really cool. Thanks and thanks for asking. It makes me feel like a team.

Office rep was friendly, knowledgeable and handled my request efficiently and gave me answers to options , etc. Gas delivery was quick.
