We don't use much gas and I knew we were running a little low. I didn't need to call to have the tank refilled. Amerigas must have been monitoring the usage and filled it at the appropriate time without me having to do a thing.

Have had Amerigas for several years. We travel off and on so it is hard to estimate the amout of gas used during the year. This year we were home more and found their estimate did not match what we saw in our tank. I called and they were out within a few days. Never had a problem.

The delivery man was very helpful, having filled one tank, I asked to have a look at my house account tank. He took the time to call the office, get the ticket then fill the tank, He was most courteous.

The convenience. I never have to call. Amerigas just shows up, do what they need to do & leaves a copy of the invoice, advising me of their trip to my home. I then know to watch for the bill in the mail. How easy is that?

The service is very good, but the ridiculous amounts of extra charges that are put on each bill is a bit much. There are $20 of charges on a gas delivery bill besides the actual cost of propane. We have considered checking other providers to see if they also charge all these extra fees.

Scheduled delivery and took almost 2 weeks for them to come out. Fortunately, we planned ahead so we weren't running on empty. Recommend you monitor your gas level and order before you run out. Otherwise, no complaints. Overall service, pricing, website, billing, etc. are all good.
