love being auto-to be able to check my tanks on line (and verify visually) is cool-delivery on time and working staff always courteous

Ease of ordering tank refills on line and receiving deliver in 2 to 3 days. Plus courteous drivers.

That I don't have to call customer service to have my tank refilled. being on automatic delivery helps me not stress on worrying about an empty tank

We had sort of emergency, we ran out of gas suddenly over night, it was 15 degrees out and we have 2 kids, when we called at 8 am that morning, they understood the emergency and sent someone to deliver and check if there was leek within 2 hours . That gentleman delivered l, checked all appliances and explained why the consumption was over the regular. Thank you for a good service

I have used Amerigas for years. You come to the house when I need you. You service the tank and the regulator. Your fees are reasonable. You have a very good client web site. Your delivery person checks my tank meter in person from time to time and watches out for me. Raphael Santore

The gentleman that came to my house was very nice and explained everything to me after I told him I've never had propane before and he was very understanding it made me feel a lot better having somebody explain it to me

I would say the most pleasant experience with your company, besides the promptness of propane delivery, is the interaction with your employees. Your employees are not only very knowledgeable and professional, they are outstanding in customer relations. They are very friendly and answer all my questions and concerns with respect and courtesy.
