Whenever we have an issue of any kind, we are treated with fast courteous responses. Quick deliveries, despite less that optimal conditions due to our tank location. Have grown to greatly appreciate your company as not only our energy supply source, but as a friend.

My husband and I have always been extremely pleased with the gentleman that has serviced our older model furnace on more than one occasion. He always responds quickly to any service calls we have had to make. He ALWAYS thoroughly explains any repair to us if one is needed and if there is not a repair required he does not try to have us have something fixed that is not required. We feel that he is person that we can depend on to be honest and fair in any repair. It was extremely cold when he last repaired our furnace and we were extremely grateful for how quickly he restored the heat to our modest little mobile home.

Additionally I want to thank the manager at FK Gaileys in Lafargeville for taking some concerns I had recently seriously and treated me with courtesy. He assured me he would annotate my acct with my military service and he did apply my discount. I was surprised that he actually called after I had called in a concern I had. It was extremely gratifying to see that old fashioned customer service is still taken seriously by some managers. Again, Thank You!

Gas was delivered, with no problem. The driver had to pull 60 to 80 ft. of hose up my Icy driveway. no complaints and a smile when I looked out the window from my wheelchair. thanks Fred

On Christmas Eve, I ran out of propane and it was freezing. I was in the process of changing over to your company but we were waiting for the tanks to get emptier which they did. The guy that was on call for Watkins Glen, NY brought 2 smaller tanks over to last me a couple of days.That was my Christmas present and I really appreciated that.. I didn't want my pipes to freeze. Thanks again!
