They arrived within the time they said, the gentleman was courteous and did a thorough search for the problem and found it. Contacted the personnel to have it repaired and the repairman came in due time, put in a new regulator. He checked to make sure the stove was working. Was very pleased with their work. Thank you

- arrived promptly to address gas shortage
-correctly assessed the problem
-connected gas supply to house from buried tank
-removed temporary tank
-went out of their way on a very cold winter day to do a good job in a professional manner

The service technician who installed the tanks for new service did a safety check of my (new to me) home and discovered a major gas leak, both in the basement and at the gas stove. I had noticed a funny smell in this home, but had thought it was a plumbing problem that I was planning to call a plumber to fix. Apparently there is something in the gas that gives off a smell to alert the customer that it's leaking, but never having used gas before, I had attributed it to a plumbing problem.
