Those of you who do this know how hard this job is and also how important you are in the grand scheme of things. Our reputation for producing high-quality software depends on you and we’re looking to add another QA person on to the team to ensure that our standards are maintained.
Our customers are not our quality inspectors and we refuse to be mediocre in our approach to assuring that our software does what we say it does. We would prefer you to have a lot of experience in formal testing and assurance methodologies. What we also want is for you to be uncompromising in your approach to ensuring that our standards are constantly improved and adhered to.
