Givenmy experience was very positive: prompt and thorough I would.
However as a casulty insurance matter I was not informed on the cost.

The professionalism and keeping me updated on progress

someone used toilet and didn,t dump water to flush. was used more than once as tank was empty. dont know for sure which company did this but are telling all involved. also how do you get rid of all moisture when there are full containers sitting around? when we got there house had very musty smell.

They were professional, communicated well and LISTENED when we had a concern. They were on time and flexible with our schedule which was greatly appreciated. When accidents happen; the stress level is very high and your home is turned upside down. ServiceMaster is sympathic to that and works hard and stays as late as they need to, to expedites repairs. This was a tremendous help to my family. Thank you for all the support.

What I liked most of all were the two young men that came out. They were great in every sense of the word. Very informative, intelligent, polite. They knew their job and did it well. They showed real concern about the situation and that made me feel secure.

Service was above expectations. I was ill & on pain meds when the ServiceMaster 2 guys were doing their job which was to clean up the water after a flood. They notified me when they were leaving & I was so pleased to see when I finally got out of bed, they had shut the lights & fan & had even locked my front door when they left. I am sorry I didnt get their names. Also, when the lady (Katherine) came a few days later to test if the water had all dried up & she removed the fans, she too was very professional & went beyond normal service, helping move the furniture back in place. I would highly recommend Service Master to anyone needing this type of service.

For the most part very prompt in the time frame you said you would be at my house other than one out of the four days my situation took place.Saturday the 31st time was between 11:00am and 1:00pm had to call at 1:00 to see whats going on and showed up after 2:00pm. Overall happy with the company and the peaople that I talked to. I would call again if I ever had this happen to me again but ofcourse hope I don't have to.
