The service given to me by Kari was excellent. My husband & I made 2 trips to the store and she spent a lot of time with us trying on shoes, measuring my feet, etc. She was very knowledgable and extremely polite. Thank you and I will be back.

I like the personnel. I have always been impressed with the training and knowledge the store personnel have. As my friends share their feet and shoe problems, I suggest that they go to Foot Solutions.
The sales person, Carrie, was excellent, as well as personable. She really knew the products and what would suit various kinds of feet. The brands are very well made and most have a fashion forward style as well.
The shoes that I bought are nice but the shoes are not compatable with my orthotics and are putting blisters on my toes and am having trouble walking in them. Going to see my podietrist thurs. Feet really hurt bad...

"I spoke with the client about the problems he is having with his shoes. He said that the shoes felt great at first but he doesn't think his arch supports are compatible with them, because he is getting some blisters on his toes. He is seeing his podiatrist for an ortho adjustment soon, because he thinks it's primarily the arch supports causing the issue. I told him that regardless I would still like him to stop by the store so that we can take a look and see if there isn't something we can do for him. He said he would stop by Thursday of Friday."

Good selection of foot-friendly shoes
First pair, actually now it's my second pair because I just bought another pair, of sneakers I have EVER had that didn't hurt my toes after 10 minutes of wearing. I love the personalized fit and service and the orthotic inserts.
Kari was a gift. She's a friendly and knowledgeable associate who gave 110% in customer service each time I came in. It was well worth the drive from Tampa to St. Petersburg.
I just love my neew orthodics. They have helped decrease the pain I used to have in my knees and lower back. GREAT JOB!
The service we received was very good. The employees are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and the foot problems we had. I would recommend them to aqnyone who is having foot pain. I payed the big money to go to the pioditrist and they they nothing. I went here one time and within two weeks my foot pain was almost gone. Great Job

LATEST PURCHASE LOOKS LIKE A REAL SHOE , BUT IS VERY LIGHTWEIGHT EVEN WITH THE BUILT SOUL ADDED. STILL BREAKING THE IN SO MUCH DIFFERENT FROM MY CURRENT SHOES.
