What do you like about our services?

We love the camper cams and the total care and affection provided to our dog while he's there. We appreciate that he is put together with dogs of the same age or activity level as he is a bit older.

What do you like about our services?

The camp is a clean place for us to leave Patches (our dog), with the camper cam we know he is having play time with the other dogs. The best thing about Camp Bow Wow is the staff who go above and beyond and really care about the dogs.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to fix it?

MUCH better customer service. Acknowledging the clients when they enter the facility with a smile on their face. Every associate we interacted with (this is the 2nd time we've dropped off our dog), was not smiling and not welcoming. Acknowledging other clients when they enter the facility, even if they are helping someone currently. Every associate ignored the people that entered the facility after us, while they were helping us. Making sure that the immunization/records for all dogs are ON FILE. We had immunization records on file from February 2010 that they couldn't find in August and had to call our Vet, making us late on our vacation. They were also very rude about it, and argued with us that they weren't on file. Making sure that the email reservation sent in is ON FILE. We had made an email reservation 2 weeks prior to dropping off our dog and received email confirmation back that it had been received by them. When entering the facility, we were told that no reservation was on file. Our dog has stayed at 2 other Camp Bow Wow locations in the state of CA and this one has the worst customer service and is the most expensive! Ridiculous for what we pay and does not give us assurance that our dog will be well taken care-of.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to fix it?

It is disappointing that the dogs are not able to play with toys at Camp Bow Wow. My dog doesn't seem tired when I pick her up from a day spent there. I feel like she plays more and gets more out of the experience at Petsmart.

Thank you for your response. We greatly value your opinion and are constantly striving to make our business better.
In regards to your response about toys on the yard, it is franchise policy to not place toys in the yard in order to prevent dominance and territorial issues. Some breeds are very prone to becoming very territorial over toys that they feel are theirs; thus, this raises the risk of fights within the yards. However; we have franchise approved balls in each yard for the dogs to play with. These balls are too hard and big for the dogs to fit in their mouths and therefore greatly reduces the likelihood of dogs becoming possessive over this toy.
From our experience, your dog Casey seems to greatly enjoy herself while at camp.

What could we do to improve?

Watching Lady on the monitor led me to believe there was very little for the smaller dogs to do on an all day basis. What do they do all day? What kind of "playing" activities are there for the smaller dogs. If I brought Lady there for several days, what would she do during that time?

What do you like about our services?

You guys are so nice to our family when we come and in and even nicer to our dog. Evetone seems to know her by name and tells us a little something about her personality and/or stay when we pick her up (she's so sweet or she did so great, etc.). Your facility is super clean - every time we have been there! Thank you!

Your facility is clean. I can view what is happening during her stay on my Iphone App. The office staff is friendly. They are on top of vaccination verifications. And verify that the dogs are friendly with other dogs before they can stay.
