Everything!!! EXCEPT, at this point the counselors -- especially the new ones -- need to be trained on how to properly put a collar/leash on. A few times over the last two weeks, Simmy and Shira have had their collars put on incorrectly and have be able to easily slip out of them. And it has been happening for a long time. We have choker collars for them, just so they can't slip them, and the collars have been incorrectly attached to their leashes. Just today, Shira did get away, thankfully she was still in the building. I did show the counselor how to do it, but it's time that everyone is trained. Thanks for having such a wonderful facility.
Dogs get to be active, and the people have all been really nice.

The employees are very friendly and seem to bond with the dogs. It is fast and easy to drop off. Appreciate the package deals. Every one there seems to care about the dogs. Web cam is great for anxious parents.
The place is great; great concept. The people were friendly, and my dog had a great time. My dog just got very sick while he was there, so I can't say that I will be back soon. He currently has a gastrointestinal as well as a respiratory infection. I understand the risks that come from being around so many other dogs, but this environement just might not be the best for us.
Thank you for your feedback. We're so sorry to hear that Timber is sick. In an environment such as ours, where so many dogs are exposed to each other, it's typical for contagious infections to spread. It's just like when our children go to school and catch a cold. The good thing from this is that Timber will build up immunity and if he continues to come to Camp, chances are he will not catch something as easily as he did the first time. We noticed that he has only been here twice. Once again, we're sorry that he came down with something and hope he will recover soon and return to play with his new furry friends! We will contact you by phone to check up on him.
I found the receptionist very friendly and helpful. The property itself was very nicely set up and very well cared for, which is very important to me. I talked to the trainer who seemed very interested in helping me with my puppy. I have been to other daycares in Naples and found this one to meet the high standards of the best one there. I am very happy to have Camp Bow Wow available to me.
I like that the doggie day care is included with boarding.
Everyone was very friendly and professional. The facility was very clean and the dogs seemed very happy and well looked after.
This place is incredible, you can tell when you walk in the door with your dog that every employee is an animal lover. That alone gives u a great feeling leaving your loved one with them. I am always completely confident that when they have my dog she is in great care and comfort.

Everything!! The staff is amazing, and no one bats an eye at a special request (to save the portioned out meal bags). My dog probably visits every other month or less, yet everyone knows me and my dog. She recently had a week stay, and I couldn't believe when a staff member actually bent down, and said bye to her!
The speed of the drop off and pick up. And the exercise opportunity for my dog.
I like having my dog play with other dogs while I am away. And I like the friendly staff.
