The knowledgeable staff and willingness to work with customers. Earlier this year I bought a new pair of running shoes (a different brand than I have had before) and had an issue with blisters. I brought the shoes back and you exchanged them for a pair from the normal brand that has worked for me in the past. I didn't have any issues and thought it was wonderful that Fleet Feet was willing to do that. I recommend you to everyone looking for running shoes. I also like the fact that you do a good job measuring feet and then watching the person run on a treadmill to see any potential problems with the shoes. Your staff is excellent at listening to customer's injury problems and recommending shoes that will help. I've bought most of my running attire at your store.

Everyone on staff seems to either be a runner, or knows what they're talking about when it comes to running and/or training issues. The products are good quality and I like the new improvements made to the store!
