They don't try to hard sell you on the highest price shoe or a bunch of stuff that you don't really need. When I do need the stuff or a better shoe, I will absolutely return to this store to purchase!

The staff is well educated and experienced in what you sell. They are sincere about running, walking, biking, etc. My daughter runs cross country and we both have run half marathons. This year her school was offered a pretty hefty discoutn at another running store. We chose Fllet Feet instead because we love the people.

Products that you carry are chosen by knowledgeable staff (i.e. there aren't an endless # of choices in your store, but you can rest assured that the ones you do offer are what you really need). Service is excellent as well.
