What do you like about our services?

We both like that Maggie gets to constantly interact with other dogs of like temperment and disposition and is supervised at the same time. I know that after just a few day trips when she stayed at PetSmart Maggie really likes the ability to go "outside" when she needs to do her business. As soon as we saw that CBW was both a day camp and overnight kennel that was a big quesion. No more report cards saying she's "still shy" about bathroom breaks. Maggie isn't shy; she is housebroken. CBW is very much Maggie's style.
We would like to see a picture up on your website of what a normal camper cabin looks like. Thanks for the great and safe place you offer Maggie for vacations when we can't take her with us.

What do you like about our services?

Webcams, knowledgable and friendly staff, flexibility with scheduling and boarding, very clean facility, good rules to keep my dog safe

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to fix it?

For us the pay pens were to small with no real outdoor space to run. For our large dogs we did not feel it was adequate.

I like that when my dog is spending the night, she will receive outside play time instead of being in a cage for 24 hours.

Everyone obviously cares very much about the Campers. Staff is also efficient and friendly to the parents. The facility is extremely clean, too.
