What could we do to improve?

The great thing about Camp Bow Wow is also a negative - the open concept. Our dog loves it, but it lends itself to the possibility of other issues. We've been fighting kennel cough since exposure at our last visit. I want to make sure that going into this type of facility, my friends would fully understand the pros and cons.

We love camp bowwow and have reccomended it to others. We appreciated the email about the recent cases of kennel cough. When sierra started coughing we knew exactly what it was. I am sure we will see you soob!

What do you like about our services?

Everything was clean when we arrived unannounced to view the facilities. The staff was kind, approachable, and most importantly, gentle with our dog. We had many concerns leaving our dog in a kennel for the first time but we left him feeling sure about his safety and comfort.

The dog is always excited when we pull in the driveway of camp bow wow and cannot wait to go in with the other dogs. Shows me the dog loves to be there.

Friendly staff. Clean area for the dogs to play in. Staff spends a lot of time with the dogs to make sure they get some love and attention. And Macy loves her friends there!

Your staff is very helpful. And it was incredibly helpful to me boarding my dogs there for 5 days for them to be able to go to daycare during the daytime hours. That is the reason I drove out of my way to get my dogs to you. Thanks, apollo and athena will definitely be back!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to fix it?

My dog has come back both times dehydrated and often dirty.
Response from Camp Bow Wow:

When dogs play, they will often roll around on the ground and mouth each other. While they are having fun, they unfortunately can end up pretty dirty. Although we clean the play yard multiple times each day and as needed, it still happens that way. We are happy to bathe dogs upon request and give complimentary baths for stays of five nights or more. Also, please be assured that there is always fresh drinking water in the play yards and in your pup's individual cabin.
