What do you like about our services?

We have a "special needs" dog and your staff was very accomidating to her, she was very comfortable there. We were disappointed however that after her boarding she was not groomed as we had requested.

What do you like about our services?

You're not just a number. Every dog counts and the girls know all the dog's names. The staff recognizes how important our doggies are to us and takes care of them accordingly.

What could we do to improve?

I feel that communication is a problem. I thought I was very clear with the details of how my dog was going to be picked up, but then when my sister went to get him for me, they tried to charge her for extra items my dog didn't receive. I wasn't sure if she was going to be able to come and get him for me, but I called as soon as I was sure so he would only have to stay one night, then they tried to charge her for the 2nd night and a bath. I was only going to get the bath if I could use my coupon, but since it said 1 free bath with a day of "day"care, you wouldn't except it. He has been there twice and although I like your facility, I am concerned about the communication issues.

What could we do to improve?

Compared to other boarding that I've used, I was surprised that for $40, food was not included.

What do you like about our services?

registration, drop-off and pick-up were very easy/smooth. Very clean and my dog loves to play and we know she was able to do that.

The dogs have a great time socializing with other dogs. The last time we were in, it seemed as though there cage was not cleaned out because they stunk when we got them back.

I was really happy with the day camp for my dog. I don't live in the area so am probably not going to be able to recommend your facility.

What do you like about our services?

Very clean facility, welcoming staff members and excellent service! We feel very comfortable leaving our dog with you! We also love watching our dog on the webcams. Camp Bow Wow is an A++ in our book! Thank you!

What could we do to improve?

Lower prices would be wonderful. My friends board their dogs for $14/night. The dogs are not crated during that day. They play freely in the yard or house. I love Camp Bow Wow, but the prices are very high. Due to the high prices, I don't always recommend it to my friends.
Response from Camp Bow Wow:

Our pricing is comparable to other facilities that provide similar features. A place that charges $14 per night cannot be providing the same services. We welcome price comparisons and are happy to explain why we are different and why we are worth paying $40 per night.

Also, we are competitive with other facilities providing similar services in the following ways: We are open every day of the year (even holidays) for drop off and pick up, we do not charge a fee for pick-up day, we offer boarding packages (to save) which do not expire and do not have to be used all at once, and finally, we do any extras like medication, special feeding instructions, and bedtime peanut butter kong AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

What do you like about our services?

I feel confident when I drop Gracie off that she will be well taken care of. She is always happy to go to camp. She gets lots of exercise and comes home tired which is also a plus.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They truly seem to love Gracie, and that makes me very happy.
