The smell is overwhelmingly strong when entering the building. Not sure how to remedy this, but it's really bad.
Easy check in process. I like the camera feature where you can watch your dog at play
I love that when we drive up, my dog runs out of the car and to the door before I can even get his leash on. Then he jumps up on the gate begging to be let in to play! All of the workers know who he is and genuinely love animals. We go out of town a lot and after checking out other places this is the only one we feel at home with. We don't even feel bad when we go on vacation, because Buddy is on a vacation too!

Friendly and our dog loves it! great hours!
Friendly staff, convenient drop off and pick up hours; dogs get to play inside and out; I can check on them using the Camp Bow Wow App; they come home happy and very TIRED!
We always love being able to take Bella to Camp Bow Wow. She loves going and I feel comfortable knowing she is in good hands. The staff loves her just she was theirs.

Pistache had a really hard time. When we picked her up, she was quite dirty and smelly. When I asked the people at the desk about it, they said she had been bathed. We were 45 minutes late in our ETA of picking her up, so she could have messed herself up. I just wish the people at the desk had given the details. They did offer to bath her again, but we took her home instead. Also, in the past, people had always commented on how Yazha and Pistache had interacted and behaved. We received no input in this. I left you a voice mail and absolutely want to speak with you about this! You should always, always receive a report on you pups when you call and or pick up! I am terribly sorry that did not happen! I have already started checking into why this happened. I know that Pistache did get lots of attention, for one, i personally gave her lots of attention and love. I know the camp counselors did too. She should have smelled good after her bath no matter when you picked her up. I will address this. I am so very sorry, This will not happen again. I left you my cell phone number. Please call me. Gumbo is always so happy to go to Camp Bow Wow - that makes it easier to leave him.
