Very Very Professional - After a detailed analysis of my water problem, you explained my situation in detail and confirmed that I had a complete understanding. You discussed the best solution to fix my issues and time frame required to get it done. Most companies are fairly good at that. When you demonstrated how you would get it done, I felt very comfortable in knowing you would deliver. You delivered exactly what you promised.
For this reason I would use you again and highly recommend you to other potential customers !!! Puro Clean on a 1-10 scale is a 10 ++. Thanks Josh and team for a job well done !

I like the fact that they are extremely professional, courteous, caring, can explain in detail what they are doing and why it is important, and genuinely concerned about their clients/customers. Josh and his assistant was Awesome!!! I apologize in advance for forgetting The name of Josh's assistant. I was so upset when my water damaged occured but they were able to ease my anxiety by letting me that everything will be ok. Did I mention that they were AWESOME!!!!

Everything. You were there within an hour of being contacted by my insurance company and immediately got to work. The guys were extremely professional, knowledgeable, curteous, clean, and trustworthy.
Every PuroClean employee that came to my home during this water incident were the most professional and knowledgeable people about property damage that I worked with. I can assure you when they finished their duties with me, I felt totally secure that my house was dry and completely safe. I can not say enough about the excellent experience with PuroClean. the caring, informative, professionalism of the contractors working on the restorations of my home, their promptness even while working with my changing schedule, and the friendliness of everyone. I would highly recommend their services to everyone I know, and will definately use their service again should the need arrive.
