What do you like about our services?

The fact that our dogs can stay at home with someone who loves them and that they are well taken care of.
We also very much appreciate that our home was spotless when we arrived. That was a blessing!
We love Coleen and look forward to perhaps seeing her over the holidays if we are traveling.

What do you like about our services?

convenient; decent price; very thorough system. i like the fact that you take all of our info upfront so that if anything happens to the sitter, you still have the info. That's a huge benefit.

What do you like about our services?

Responsive service, the sitter appears to have done everything we requested, and our pets were healthy and happy upon our return (had been notably stressed and unhappy after having left them with friends on a previous trip). Competitive pricing was nice too. Thanks for everything!

Our sitter was the BEST! I have an older cat and I was afraid to leave her. Amber text me every night to let me know how my cat was doing. What a relief. I was able to relax and enjoy my time away.

For the first time I have a dogwalker that can handle my dog. He's easy enough but you need to know how to deal with large dogs.

What could we do to improve?

The home my dog was in really wasn't very suitable - the people were lovely and they absolutely did their best, but there was not enough space for a high-energy dog. I can't imagine how they managed.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to fix it?

I was under the impression that I was paying for 20 minute walks. I was home the other day and my dogs were only taken out for 9-10 minutes. I use the service so they get some exercise in the middle of the day, not just to let them out to relieve themselves.

In follow-up with Donielle, we apologized for the trouble and assigned her a new sitter the same day that feedback was received. We also gave her a week's worth of walks as a credit to apologize for the trouble and make things right for her. Donielle, thank you again for your feedback and for choosing Fetch! I like that my pet has a "home" during my absence, as opposed to a cage. I also like that she will typically have the same person for each stay.

What could we do to improve?

The web site, is a bit confusing. Finding a place to enter your credit card should be more obvious (for instance, not hidden under a drop down menu that says "Cash", but more like any other major web site that accepts payments. A big old "PAY NOW" page for instance, and so on.) I put in a note via the web site asking for a phone call but my call was not returned and I did not get a response until after the sitting was completed. This led me to wonder whether or not the notes were read by the sitter. Allowance should be made for sitter to leave keys, as with a non-corporate sitter.
