Very good customer service. My car was done at a wonderful price! THe Highlander is running great and the AC is perfect! The car was completed when promised. Thank you. :)

Your employees are friendly and helpful. I really appreciate Phil giving my daughter options on buying a new computer, a used one or a refurbished one for her car. He was aware of the age of the car and my daughter's financial limitations. I am very grateful for the correct evaluation of the problem which had been wrong at a different shop last time she took it in for the same issue.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to fix it?

My "maintenance" and tire pressure lights were still on when I left. I came in for an oil change and the guys forgot to reset my warning light. The guys also didn't inflate the tires to the correct pressure - if they checked at all. This is the second time that this has happened - I'm quite disappointed in the service.
The guys need to make sure that items on their check list are done before returning the car to the owners.
