How did we disappoint you and what can we do to fix it?

Increase your capacity to service vehicles in a timely manner. After making a reservation two days in advance, I dropped off my vehicle at 7:15 a.m. At 5:30 p.m., I was contacted with the diagnosis of the problem which, of course, would not be worked on until day 2. I was told it would likely be a 3/4-day job. At 1:30 p.m. on day 2, I phoned to get an ETA on the vehicle and was told the technician was working on other jobs and did my vehicle need to be completed that day? I did not get the feeling that my vehicle was a priority.

I appreciated that Daniel took the time to understand my question about my car's potential issue, he called back for additional information and then explained what he did (or in the case, did not find). We have gone to Christian Brothers before and had been impressed with the service; particularly the honesty of the mechanics when no repair was actually needed (even though another shop provided a $550 estimate). You will always be our first choice with any car repair.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to fix it?

your technician has suggested cleaning the major fuel induction. now our car accelerates up to 35mph without touching the pedal. it is dangerous and uncomfortable to drive as I have to constantly using the brake to slow the car down by force. driving in walking speed is not possible anymore without using the brakes. this could constitute damage to the brakes. I have contacted a major Ford dealer in Round Rock and was told the cleaning has probably affected the idle control device what needs now to be replaced or cleaned.
it is our first and expensive service, I would expect, and have actually requested, your technician to carry out a test drive and solve any problems before asking us to pay the bill. we took on your technician's advice to carry out the major fuel induction cleaning, I hold your responsibility to fix any problems arise out of this service.

The price you quote is the price you charge. You don't recommend unnecessary work. The work you perform is excellent and the price is reasonable.
