What do you like about our services?

The owners are very personable and take the time to meet you and your pets, to match up the sitter who will be the best "fit." Until this summer, we have had the same sitter for each appointment. Her replacement was a dream! I think my dog misses her now that I am home! With Fetch, you can leave your pet and your home are safe. Trust is never a concern with Fetch owners or sitters.

What do you like about our services?

I love the reliability and that you always have "my tail covered". It is great that it is more than your slogan, and actually your business practice. My animals are always calm when I return home at the end of the day or a trip. I know they have been enjoying themselves and have been well cared for.

Joy was great.. She left us a note, letting us know how the puppies did, picked up theirs messes for us, and even did the cat litter. That's a huge help when both of us work 40+ hrs. Not to mention, she loves on them and gives them treats like we would if we were home....

Everything - from the first meet and greet to the e-mail updates to the report cards, everything is so seamless and professionally done. I find it hard to believe there is a better pet care agency anywhere else. This was truly a wonderful experience.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to fix it?

I have had no contact with anyone from Fetch since I have been home from my trip...I don't know how much it cost, if it has been charged to my card, and I have no detailed log of when they came to visit my pets. (or even a note from them on the counter).

Thank you for your feedback. All charges and appointment times were discussed and agreed upon along with a confirmation email sent before the assignment. Five emails and pictures were sent during the assignment. Our sitter has been coached in regards to leaving a final note. You relayed to us that your dogs were well cared for so we hope you will give us another shot and if changes in our updating procedure is needed for you we are most happy to accommodate

I feel so fortunate to have found such a wonderful place for jack-the-dog during our extended travels: great service, great idea, great family for caretaking. loved that i got updated everyday with an e.mail that said he was doing well - no guilt or anxiety. would definitely use fetch again. thanks so much!

I like the professionalism and how everything seems well organized. I also have peace of mind that there is always a back up sitter available in case the primary cannot make a scheduled appt.

Once the account is set up, we can make a quick call or e-mail to set up each service. We don't have to re-explain instructions each time. It also helps for Fetch! to have a key to our home, in case we get locked out (which happened recently!)

What could we do to improve?

Offer discounted rates for extended times - i.e. standard rate up to 5 days then discounted rate for 5+ days/one free day for every six days booked

Thank you for your feedback. A discounted rate was given. The sitter even stayed longer on each assignment up to 45 minutes each visit and we never charged for the extra time. The extra time the sitter stayed would have added up to one free day and more.
