The look and finish
Our countertop is BEAUTIFUL. I have given your name to some people at work,so I hope you get calls. Graham was the BEST. He worked very long (9:30 P.M.) and left no mess. He is an employee you should be proud of.I have dealt with a lot of different companies in the course of both building and renovating this house and Granite Transformations ranks at the top of the list. We were very pleased with the granite work and the fact that when you said you would be here , you were. We were not so impressed with the bathroom (re: shower doors) and the service we recieved from this department. But the granite side excellent service.
it is a superior material - better than granite - have had several tradesmen in my house since it was installed and they were impressed
The installers were very professional and did an excellent job. It was done in a day and I didn't have to empty all my cabinets. It was so much easier than a regular messy installation.
Durability, attractiveness and price.
Took too long to finish the job. We were not given enough information prior to the install to know what was required of us to make the job go smoothly. The granite backsplash was not cut perfectly and some large gaps were left which had to be covered. We have not had any work like this done before, so were not prepared for all of the delays and extra work & expense involved.
Everything is done now so there is nothing to be done to fix it.

Cleaniness in the installation and easy to keep clean product
We liked that fact that the job could be completed in two days with minimal "tearing out" of the current kitchen. Great selection of colors! Professional, experienced installers! We are happy that the product is strong and resistant and takes minimal care.
A lot of options to choose from, very knowledgeable and helpful staff and the whole process went smoothly.
Everything was perfect.
I liked that granite counter tops can be installed in as quickly as 2 days. I also like knowing that the product has a lifetime warrenty as well as it doesn't need to be sealed once a year like solid granite.
The craftsmen that came yo our houser and did yhe work were very professional ,knowlegeable and pleasant. We are very pleased with the end result
