Easy to talk to, understood what I needed done. The people sent out to my house made an effort to get to know my dogs, which made the whole thing easier on everybody! My dogs didn't need to be locked away, which was far less stressful for them.

What could we do to improve?

Mostly scheduling problems and having to wait on the right man for the particular job. All were friendly and Rick even I'm sure went overtime. Everything so far is still working. Thanks, Guys!
