like full service staff and less time-consuming home inspections. Arnold is great. I appreciate his honesty and also that he doesn't "scare" clients when he finds defects.
I think that the termite inspection could have been more thorough. There were suspect areas on the front facia of the home that would merit further investigation. We had a second termite inspection that found wings in the master bedroom bath and subterranean mud tubes near front stairway going to second floor.
Thanks for you feedback. Per our conversation this morning in the future we will be happy to send the WDO termite inspector back (at no charge, of course) if there is an area of access that nobody knew about.
All inspections are completed simultaneously by licensed trades.
The gentlemen appeared professional, friendly, worked as a team and approachable. They, especially, the lead inspector took the time to explain the condition of the home and his own opinion.

The teamwork saves a lot of time....one appointment for two hours much better than three appointments an hour each which would transulate to four or five hours with traveling time.
Fast, comprehensive and complete.
I love the idea that you send an entire team to do what in most cases only one man tries to do (and most times not to the best of their ability.) You team is always punctual (actually always gets to appointment early) and is very friendly and professional.

I like the fact that you take care of most of the things that have to be done before closing such as--termite inspection, Buyers always like the a/c technician reviewing the a./c., even though they cannot "go inside" the unit. Also you do not mind us calling you as I did on Queen Alberta and you told me why you cannot go inside the unit--I appreciate that. i would suggest you start incorporating pictures into your inspection reports, that way it is more clear for buyers what the actual problems noted are located and what they look like. bear in mind, buyers are not always present at the inspection so it is difficult for them to figure out what is noted on the inspection report without seeing it.
Claudia: We can and do take pictures. Thank you for your response. Let us know in the future if you require pictures. We normally only take them if there are major defects. We rather have our 4 man teams concentrate on inspecting rather than taking pictures but we will be happy to take pictures on every inspection in the future for you.

The inspectors were very thurough, having everyone needed for inspections there at the same time saves me time. Having all reports included in one is very convenient and clear for the client. Inspectors were curtious and willing to answer any questions.

The price charged was one of the highest I've seen and the report was one of the poorest I've seen. There were no pictures, just a hand written checklist. I'm used to inspection reports that are detailed, typed, and include color photos of any findings. I just had another inspection done on a 4200 sf home and the price charged was way less than for this one on a home half the size.
We have not changed our price in over two years...We are a premium service.
