The team concept means that my buyers and I don't have to wait around for three or four hours. Jimmy, Chip and the guys are usually out on an hour and a half or less. They are thorough and efficient and very knowledgable. Each in their own field of expertise. Then my buyers get a concise report on the findings of the inspection and go to the closing with confidence in their purchase and their Realtor. I also like that my buyers are offered suggestions on how to remedy any deficiencies that were discovered during the inspection, which further gives them a peace of mind. Always early to appointments, very professional and friendly inspectors. The multiple Inspectors make the most efficient use of everyones time envolved. Very efficient job of locating any items of concern that are not easily observed by agents or Buyers. Always a pleasent experience throughout the process.Inspectors also do a wonderful job of explaining any repairs to buyers and suggesting remidies for any repairs.
It is internet friendly for out of town buyers with good communication between the agent and their buyers.

Mitch,I love you guys but the guys dropped the ball on two issues they found not working, The air condidioner and the sprinkler system. We found out though it was nothing but a switch in the garage by the ac and a switch by the sprinkler. They should have known that. It caused a lot of stress on the buyers thinking the a/c may be bad and the sprinkler system also. We worked it out and they will close but wanted you to know. Thanks,

There are many things i like about your service, your people are always on time, you use more than one person so it deosn't take long to do an inspection, other companies use one person so as a Realtor i have to be there for four hours. Your lead time for appointments is always short, my clients usually call and you make the appointment for the next day or second day.
Most importantly, i like the way your people present an issue to the buyer, they do it in a way that doesn't kill the deal, but without lying to the buyer. You do a great job.
