Craig and Brian I thought your services were excellent. But my Buyers backed away from the house. It is back on the Market. Mrs Discher reasoning was,,,(1) the 3.5 radon result (2) dead birds inn the attic (3)"Bat" droppings in the attic (4) hot tub could not be checked to deem whether it was operational or not (5) Cracks in basement floor. I tried very hard to convince them that all these issues are correctible. But,she did not even want to pursue the issues with the other agent/Seller. I got this home $14,900 less than list price for them which only happened in my estimation because Sellers were getting a divorce. This current market is getting many sales with multiple offers,over list price by thousands of dollars,and selling sometimes before they even hit the market. They are very frustrating people.
Assuming inspectors all are competent in their work I have consistently found Gary and John to be excellent communicators of their findings both in their written report and face to face discussions with home buyers. I have used their services for years and have no hesitation in stating that they provide exemplary service.

I was surprised that you gave the roof on 248 Wisner about 10 more years, we did ask for a $4000.00 credit because of the 3 layers etc. Maybe I should have called to get you to be more specific, but when the seller read that the roof was only half way through its life she balked...deal dead. Not your fault at all, I should have called you and asked you to be a little more descriptive.
