Fetch is very professional and reliable. The online form makes it easy to specify exactly what you need and to give thorough instructions. I also know that the sitter has all the necessary information - my cell phone, the vet's number etc. - in case of an emergency. Each of the pet sitters that I've worked with have been friendly, responsible, and thorough. I feel like my girls are in good hands :)

We have always been impressed with the quality of the services, availability even on short notice, and concern for our pet's wellbeing. When we were out of town during the snowstorm in DC in February 2010 we were very happy to see that Fetch continued to be available to our pets when we were snowed out.

Maria is very reliable, and spends a lot of time petting, playing with, and walking my dog. She always comes on schedule, and leaves notes or calls me to let me know how my dog is doing while I am out of town. Maria also takes extra care with my dog, who can be hyper and a little anxious. When I arrive home, my house is neat and my dog is happy and relaxed. It's wonderful being able to go out of town and not worry about my dog because I know she's being well taken care of!
I trust a company more than hiring a random individual, but Fetch maintains a personal touch and I think that everybody at Fetch goes above and beyond to keep owners happy and pets happy and healthy. Thank you!
I was hugely impressed with the personal nature of the staff. I felt like everyone I spoke with genuinely cared about my dog even having never met him! Sarah Last name removed, my pet sitter, was phenomenal. She had to deal with a dog with some "special needs" and she did so with ease and genuine care and concern. I have already booked her for two more weekends in August!
