Our request was responded to right away; faster than any other pet service we contacted.
My pet sitter was very friendly and seemed like she genuinely cared about my cats. She sent me daily text messages with updates on her visits and pictures of the cats, which made me feel very safe and secure knowing that they were in good hands and she was taking the time to keep me informed of her visits with them. I tend to get nervous leaving the cats with a stranger, but my concerns were quickly calmed once I saw how attentive she was in making sure I was updated on everything that was going on at the apartment...including pictures of her playing with the cats! I could not ask for a better pet sitter. I came home and the cats were happy and healthy, well fed and watered, and that's all I could ask for. Great work Fetch and my pet sitter Autumn! I will definitely use her services again. I have thought about pet sitting myself, and this experience is inspiring me to join the team!

Teresa helped me out when I first called to query about pet sitter services. She provided me detailed information and within a day of "signing up", I was matched with a pet sitter-- Zach Last name removed. Zach was prompt in contacting me to set up a time to "meet and greet" and when we left the first meeting, we knew he would be great with our two girls. Zach took outstanding care of the girls in his apartment for 4 days. The apartment was clean and the surrounding area of the building was very good for walking the dogs. He walked them 4 times a day, fed them twice daily and sent us daily text updates and numerous pictures. I would not hesitate to have Zach care of our girls again.
Sitters are responsible and personal and leave detailed notes. I always feel like my cat is safe!
