We feel confident with the people that will care for our pets because they are affilated with AAA. We have used Fetch once. Tina was very nice and helpful. Maria was excellent with our kitties. She left a note each day to let me know how the kitties were. Everything was nice and clean when we returned. This was a great experience. I didn't have to worry about leaving them behind as I knew they were going to be well cared for.

they are very professional . they always send the same person, which makes me comfortable with giving them a key. if i call them too close to the time i need them, they usually always make it work. they always come on time...and most importantly my dog loves him!!

It allows us the flexiblility to go out and not have to worry about being home to let the dog out or feed him or give him so playtime...Our dog, Moose is very used to us or family being with him so we like being able to not worry anymore about daily outings for ourselves.
