What could we do to improve?

Communication with the customer. I was told I was going to be referred to another provider b/c I was out of the service area. Then i got a call back saying I was in the right area. Then I had to call and find out who my sitter was going to be because it took her a while to contact me. The actual sitting went perfectly but the communication prior left something to be desired.

Fantastic caring staff! I had to go out of town very last-minute recently with a family emergency, and Fetch responded to my call immediately and arranged for a sitter for my kitty. Nina and Donna have both taken care of my cats and they are both lovely - I know my cat is in very good hands.

What do you like about our services?

Hired Nina to substitute for my regular person three times a week for two weeks, giving subcutaneous fluids to my 21-year-old cat Gizmo, who is very fussy and irritable. Nina came exactly when she said she would every time and handled Gizmo like a pro. Gizmo took to her immediately, trusted her, and allowed the treatment easily and smoothly. We were so pleased because Gizmo had completely rejected another substitute and her subQ fluids are critical to the quality of her life at her age now. We will definitely come back to Fetch and Nina.
