Responsiveness and courtesy
Many things! I like that my cats can stay in a familiar environment. I like the personal service (and the service options, although I didn't use anything but the pet care this time around). Rich showed extraordinary interest in the well-being of my cats--I had no concerns at all about their safety and well-being.

Everything! I love that I can book online and do all the arrangements through e-mail. Also, Dawn is AWESOME! She always leaves us great notes and goes above and beyond for our small modest herd of cats. I recommend it to everyone...so far my brother and my best friend have both started using y'all.
