Ease of access and good communication for fair price
Responsiveness. Also Lea is very knowlegeable, diligent and attentive. She takes the time to brush and play with them. Simon and Eleanor LOVE her. So much that I discern a little disappointment when I come walking through the door instead of her, ha!

Adam is amazing with Lucy. I know Lucy is safe and loved when she's with Adam. Lucy loves her walks and looks forward to seeing Adam. When Adam brings her home, he gives me a great summary of everything they did and how everything went. It's just great!

Amanda is great with my cats. They are usually a little skiddish when meeting for the first time and were still very open to Amanda. They seem to have a wonderful time even while we're away and I don't worry at all about their well being.

I was really nervous to use an outside service to take care of my cat while I was out of town. Usually a neighbor stops by to take care of her while I'm gone, but this time she was unable to. Everything about the experience with Fetch exceeded my expectations. Carolyn was prompt and friendly while setting up the arrangements. Amanda, the actual sitter, came out a few days before to meet me and my cat, and sent me updates and pictures every day via text message while I was out of town. Usually when I return from a trip my cat is anxious and unhappy, but this time she was totally happy and relaxed. I was so happy with Fetch that I booked them already for my next trip.
The lovely young lady who took care of my cat is superb. She paid attention to my notes and followed them accordingly which is a testament to her love for animals. I, myself, will definitely be calling Fetch again!
One of my cats is nervous most of the time. Kelly, from Fetch Pet, makes sure my cat is comfortable and is very nice to both of my cats. I don't like leaving my cats when I go away but I am always confidant that Kelly will take care of them.

Trustworthy people. All the staff put me at ease by answering my questions and being empathic. It sounds silly but my dog is like my daughter and its a big deal to leave her with a stranger. But the way the staff answered my questions and how they conducted themselves made my decision easier. Thsnk you. Your services have made my life easier.
I really love the ease of scheduling and that the same Fetch representative comes to take care of my pet each time. I also get nice reports (even though my cat can be a bit snippy, so I know she isn't always on her best behavior with her "sitter").
