What do you like about our services?

The individual care that each of our dogs received. Cynthia provided a home away from home. She followed the feeding instructions for our special needs puppy and made sure the other two all the love they needed. When I picked up the dogs I could tell immediately that they were well cared for. We will be returning to Boise again next summer and will be using her services without a doubt. Overall I would give Fetch Pet Care a 10++ rating.

What do you like about our services?

I did not have to worry about my cats while I was on Vacation. I knew they were being taken care of, and Janelle even emailed me to let me know how they were.

I appreciated that you worked with me on very short notice, and the pricing was very fair. Cynthia was great and even touched base with me mid-week to let me know my dog was doing well. I will definitely consider using you again and exploring the services provided other than boarding.

They've always been very friendly and and willing to accommodate us, even on short notice. The "report card" for each of our cats is great as well to let us know how they did while we were away.

I love the "ease of doing business" -- the email contact, the prompt replies, the initial phone interview, the scheduled appointment with the pet care professional that provided the service. And her cat care skills were superb, and I deeply appreciated as well the care that she provided to house plants and house in general while I was away. I remain very very grateful!
