What do you like about our services?

I like the personal and genuine attention and interest in the care of my pet. It felt like Kim really cared about my cat and she was willing to send me daily texts which was such a pleasant surprise. I was so impressed with the level of care that she gave my cat. He seemed happy when I came home from my vacation, instead of his usual irritation with me. It was such a relief to trust someone to care for him the way I would. I will absolutely use the service again and will recommend to friends. I was blown away by the level of care and professionalism. It surpassed my expectations.

What do you like about our services?

I love that our dog, Lacey is with other dogs and caregivers and is not spending time alone during the duration of her stay with Fetch. The "home" environment that is provided while Lacey stays with Kim at her house. The extras that are provided for example the swimming, the bath house, playtime and just the all around personalized and loving attention that is given to Lacey.

The provider genuinely cares about the animals. Our dog loves Kim, and responds well to everything Kim does with her. Has been tremendous in providing the consistency our dog needed for potty training and any other training we have started with her.

What do you like about our services?

Alyse, our pet sitter,is avery kind peron and it shows with our pets. She is also flexible with her schedule and accomodates changes easily. It was hard for us to find someone we are comfortable leaving our boys (4 little dogs) with, but we have done so with Alyse.
