We worked with Craig and found him extremely knowledgeable and very patient. All the footwear he brought out for our consideration seemed to be of the highest quality and specifically suited to our needs.

The initial visit was great,expirenced- knowledgeable people. When I picked up my insoles they coudn't fit me with shoes. It was like it was their first day. I left with no new shoesa nd wondering if I would ever return. The insoles seem to be great so far.
Craig Lornson, C.Ped and general manager, contacted this customer and asked her to describe her visit to our store. She said that everyone on staff was “nice”, but that the person that helped her wasn’t able to find anything that properly fit her, and that she didn’t feel she had the same level of expertise that she had when she came in and originally bought the inserts. As this was frustrating to her, Craig asked her to come in for an appointment with him, and she said that she was unable to do so now, as she is leaving for awhile. She did say that she would consider coming and seeing him when she returned to town. She was also invited in prior to leaving for a follow up visit to check her arch supports, and she thanked us for that offer, and said that she would do so if time allowed.
I was reluctant to try orthotics- my wife had been on me, and so did my back Dr. What I love about them is they were CUSTOM made to my feet- C.J. and everyone I talked to were great. I have mentioned my insoles to people I work with, because we all wear uniform-type boots. Once I got used to them, 2-3 days, I could sure tell when I didn't have them in! Thanks- Name removed

The people that work there are experts about their ortho products and can easily recommend an accurate fitting shoe for your feet. Also they are great listeners and they can easily identify any problems of discomfort that are associated with your feet. I just love the foot solutions pad that goes inside of the shoe. It has helped me with my back problems. I also love the different style of shoes that they have. I am a teacher and I am always donned in some kind of African attire and the shoes go perfectly with my outfits. Could you please get some shoes in the color of blue or red? Thank you. Your staff has worked very hard to make sure that I not only got the very best shoe for my problem but also the very best service in procuring the shoes in a timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased.

These shoes are not comfortable. I paid good money for these shoes hoping they would ease my walking the Washington, D.C. area. But I cannot even wear them to the mall. I wasted 150.00 - something I can't afford - but I was hoping.......................
We are committed to finding a solution that works for all our clients. We have tried repeatedly to reach this client to see how we can help her but she keeps hanging up on us! We would be happy to work with her to make her happy if she would just give us a chance. We'll wait a couple of days and then try again.
UPDATE: Both Lauretta and Craig have continued to call this client for almost two weeks, finally reaching her voice-mail and leaving a message. No call back. We remain ready and willing to help if she would allow us.
knowledge of sales people
my feet no longer hurt like they did before i bought them. i get a lot of complimentary comments on them also.
The salesman sold me a shoe that was too small (needed a wide), even though I told him it felt too small! I believe that the store didn't have the shoe in a wide and the salesman wanted the sale. I bought the shoes specifically for a trip that was to occur about 3 weeks later. Ended up getting blisters. I had worn them prior to the trip; they felt tight. Should have taken them back but didn't.
