The guys were great, very professional but also friendly. They were right on time (a little early but they called to check if it was OK which it was). The service was very quick, easy for me, and the price exactly as quoted. I like that they take items to Goodwill and recycle what can't be donated. Highly recommend.

What do you like about our junk removal service?

Great online inquiry system with cost estimator, prompt telephone follow-up to schedule pick-up, "hunks" did exactly as advertised - called before arriving, arrived on time, did the work quickly and were just incredibly nice folks. Also love the "green" concept - that you have relationships with nonprofits and recyclers so very little of what you pick up ends up in a landfill. All around a great experience with your company!

What do you like about our junk removal service?

I loved the fact that I did not need to prepare the "junk" to be hauled away! The men bagged everything up and moved items directly from the closets for me. Whenever they came across an item they thought I might want to keep, they called me in to be sure about hauling it away. They were fast, efficient, and careful about the walls. I felt the price was fairly reasonable.

Professional and reliable service. They arrived for the initial pre-move visit as scheduled and thoroughly explained their services and the process that would make my move happen as stress-free as possible. They called a couple of days prior to the move to confirm the appointment. The morning of the move they called as scheduled to say that they were on their way. Their supervisor even visited during the packing process to ensure that all was going smoothly and to address any concerns.
