WE had a faucet that was leaking two years ago and the fix was great, we thought. but the faucet was actually faulty and needed to be replaced. So fast forward two years the faucet leaks again and we had to replace it. The second handyman had the correct diaganosis. Both handyman were excellent in costumer service, prompt, and diligent. Plumbing will probably not be an area that I call Mr. Handyman for, but most certainly other projects I will.

The service technician, Clifford, was professional, courteous, and quite knowledgeable in a variety of home repair issues.

Workers and customer service personnel are courteous. The customer service staff has records of the last work we had performed. Work is done in a timely fashion. Any job - small or large - is possible. I like the range of work done, so I don't have to figure out a "specialist" to call. And very often there are a variety of unrelated projects that we need help with around the house.

The people I worked with we're very knowledgable and very flexible. I wanted a door removed and that was no problem. They were not afraid to do the work in other words. The finished product was just what I wanted if not better.

Cliff was very knowledgeable and listened to all my ideas then reviewed back with me what he was going to do which gave me confidence. He was very friendly and took the time to protect my home during the work.

From Estiment to completition this job went very smoothly. Estimate was straight forward, no hidden "after the fact" costs. Two personnel assigned to the job were truly professional. The job was set for Monday and Tuesday. Reporting time 8 AM. Both showed up on time and on Tuesday by 10:30 AM the job was finished, bill paid and trucks left the driveway. The remodel looks great! Thanks for a job "well done".

The $148 fee for walking through the front door needs to be specifically communicated to the customer up front. It would be nice to receive a specific bid for a job without having to pay labor charges for it. I'm currently almost $400 into a simple job of replacing 6 window screens and still have not received my screens. What finally turned me off for good however, was finding out that you had time to deposit my check as soon as you received it, yet took almost an entire week to submit the order for my screens. My check cleared on 04/16/12, the order wasn't placed until 04/18/12, and currently as of 04/25/12, I still have no screens.

Easy to find someone to do just about any project we have. It is nice not having to check out a dozen different places to do a repair or maintenance.

The quality of the work was acceptable, but it was not completed according to instructions. There had to be two follow-up appointments to correct small items that were missed. I asked the Handyman to replace two bathroom fans, and one fully functioning fan was replaced while a defective fan was left.

it was obvious that the employees were knowledgeable, had good common sense, and were hard workers. They knew what they were doing and they were handy.

Speed for making an appointment.

To charge by the job, not the Hr, as it just cost to much.
