The services are done by very meticulous workers. They arrive at the time they say they will, are polite and cheerful and even speak good English ( I have some difficulty understanding the English of workmen sent from other places, if they are from another country and speak with a foreign accent).

To start, I was impressed by a human answering the phone. The person answering the phone was very pleasant and explained completed about how the company provided their services.
I was given an appointment time that worked around my busy schedule, not a four hour window of when the technician may arrive. The technician arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable about the work he was ready to do. I was very nervous having my wall cut out to put in a doggie door and the technician could no doubt tell. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions until I was comfortable with my decision.
Once the technician started his job, he was non-stop and continued to keep the work area clean. He finished the job in the estimated time that was given and performed the job very well. I would recommend Mr. Handyman to anyone that expects excellent service and will most certainly call them again. From a very satisfied customer!
