Provide good service
Over the years that we have been associated with FastSigns for all our signage needs, I have appreciated the personal attention given to my requests. Installations were done in a timely manner and with attention to detail. Now the business is winding down and FastSigns has been called in to un-install signs and clean up the backing for the vinyl lettering. This has been accomplished with their usual efficiency. Thank you for many years of good service.

The work is always a good match to signs we need to copy and the service is quick.

The person that served me was looking at my world from his eyes and was not even close to mine. He had what seemed like a pre-established view of what I should do. Answers to my questions were lacking authority. After I picked up the signs, being an amateur relying on the professionals I would like to have been asked the following questions:
1) I asked for a red that I pointed to and was repeatedly told that it was such and such a number of which I have no idea what any number would mean all I want is the Red I pointed to. Your red which I assumed would be know automatically. Seemed to be a problem somehow. Point....ask me if I would prefer a flat looking red or a glossy looking red. I assumed it was glossy and it turned out dull somehow.
2) Ask me if I prefer portrait or landscape when I give dimensions.
I assumed portrait is default. But no, turns out default is landscape. I wanted Portrait
Yes I seen the proof but as a busy person I rely on professionals to guide me. You do it everyday I don't. I felt like I was being jambed or resisted, when I tried to explain what I wanted. The reason I say all this is I purchased the same signs from your sister store in Victoria with a much better experience. It flowed well, they heard me, they new what I wanted and the team did was well coordinated. They understood what I don't know and helped me through the process efficiently. It was obvious they new my type well.
