This issue is very unusual with the 2 types of sandals you purchased. This could indicate a manufacturing defect or fitting issue. I like the shoes you have for hard to fit feet. Just wish you had more of a selection. Also like your helpfulness and knowledge.
My inserts do not provide the same sensation (of support and massage) in the area of the ball of my foot that I felt when I tried the demo pair in the store. So my expectations were anchored on the demo pair. Either my inserts are only slightly (less) raised in the ball area, or the sensation of the raised arch (which I did not feel in the demo insert) is canceling my ability to feel the support in the ball of my foot.
Thanks for your feedback. The sensations you are feeling are perfectly normal. The demo you tried in the store is only a sample of a support. The supports you are wearing are custom made precisely to the unique features of each or your feet. That being said, your custom inserts are completely adjustable, and can be tweaked in the store anytime. When we see you during your 2 week follow up visit we can assess your needs, analyze the inserts, and determine if any adjustments are needed. Thanks again for your feedback and see you soon!

I bought two pairs of shoes and I like the look but the first time I wore the black pair both removal insoles kept slipping out the top of my shoe. I finally removed them. The shoe is very comfortable but I don't think they were worth the high price I paid. The second sandle rubs the top of my foot and i keep sliding out of them. I like the look but they are not comfortable. This is the most I ever paid for sandles and they are not worth it. However the staff were very nice and helpful.
