Knowledge!
I came to Foot Solutions to have my custom orthotics replaced. I felt that the salesperson (Gavin) was knowledgeable and was willing to spend the time necessary to explain to me the product and the process of specifying custom orthotics for my feet. I also like the fact that follow-up appointments are scheduled up-front to make sure the product fits my needs.
Personnel service and really caring the product you are selling truly meets the clients needs.
