We like the time that is spent with us explaining what needs to be done and the why. We also really appreciate not being forced into purchasing the most expensive solution, but (especially since we are dealing with growing feet) what fits our budget and also solves our problem.

I think the price of the shoes is much too high. The service was very good and the people who worked with me were very professional. I think if the price of the shoes had been displayed, I would not have bothered trying them on, etc. As it was, I felt that your employees had spent so much time with me that I didn't want to leave without buying anything. I had promised several people I know that I would take them with me to your store, which was not possible the day I visited. I told them afterward how expensive the shoes were and they said they were glad they hadn't wasted their time.

Personal one-on-one care and attention. Science meets comfort in the products. Willingness and patience to find just the right shoe for the foot. Will definitely be going back.

I never expected to be treated to such a tremendous amount of information and analysis regarding my feet and the problems I have with wearing shoes that have not correctly been fitted. I do plan in the future to have the correct mold made and hope to enjoy further relief from foot pain. It was a thoroughly informative and experience with a gentlemen who truly understood how "bad" feet can make life miserable. Also, he provided me with quite a few choices.
