excellent products and great, friendly, knowledgeable staff members
They seem to be suited for people who have foot problems. I went to them because my feet hurt when I stood up and tried to walk. With the insoles they sold me, the pain has been greatly reduced.
Poor customer service. While picking up my special order, it took 15 minutes before I was helped. The phone was her priority & not the customer at the counter. This is not the first time I had experience this poor service. I am not an unreasonable person, I do understand there are times when associates are busy with other customers; however, the proper way is to handle your customer in the store....not the customer on the phone. Take a message & call back.
I'd like to apologize for the poor customer service you experienced at the Foot Solutions at the Rancho Cucamonga store. You are certainly right that you should be a priority, not the phone. I have spoken to my employee about this. Please accept my apology from my staff, I appreciate you letting us know about this. We value you as a customer.
I love the shoes but it wasn't nessesary to get the inserts. My feet hurt really bad when I wear them with the inserts. I get a lot of comments on the design of the shoe.

I like the fact that the staff has so much knowledge, is very friendly and extremely helpfull. Michelle has been very helpfull to me and my daughter. She takes her time to make sure you get the right shoe for your particular foot shape and problem. I love the shoes ,I can now say stylish and comfortable in the same sentence.
Shorten the wait time.
I am a repeat from the closed store in Redlands. Very busy place in Rancho but wait was not bad.

I was able to get new orthodics in a few weeks instead of going to my doctor, getting a referral to a specialist and then having to drive somewhere else to get them made. Foot Solutions was a one stop solution for me. Then I went back and bought a pair of Chung Shi shoes. Now I can walk again with no leg pain. Thank you Michelle Menchaca for all your help with my orthodics and shoes! Great products and service!
