My Husband and I had been fully satisified with Foot Solutions in Glenview<IL. before they shut
their doors and moved out West to a shopping cnter on Rt !2.We shopped around looking for another
Foot Solutions, when we unfortunately found the store Mt.Practice,where we were treated so poorly
& actually insulted us, so walked out of his store(he told us he is the owner)and I was so upset I
called customer service and reported our horrible experience----but never heard anything back.THEN
we very fortunately found a wonderful, welcoming,knowledgeable,owner by the name of Vern, who took A-LOT of time telling us about the BROOKS product and why they feel so good on my feet, We
will gladly drive from Northbrook<IL. to Cedarberg,WI.to spend our hard earned money---while we will NEVER go back to the store in Mt. Prospect. Vern is a REAL "gem" and should be recog-

It has helped in easier and more comfortable walking
There was only one sales person when I was shopping. There could have been one more based on the foot traffic in the store. I had a specific issue with my foot based on the fact that I just had surgery and had pins put into the first joint of my big toe. The sales person kept informing me 'how' I got the problem that resulted in surgery. I already knew that, I needed help finding a solution to the new pressure points I was experiencing. I do not think the salesperson had that knowledge. I wish he would have just said he did not know instead of repeating what he did know.
You took alot of time to explain not only your products but the physiological reasons for their use. I have been satisfied with the orthotics I purchased at Foot Solutions and would probably be willing to spend the money to upgrade to the individually tailored choices you offer.
The products are of high quality and Vern is professional and very knowledgable.
