Since I visited your store, I have spent a week in Colorado with family. I haven't had time to try out the shoes I bought. I haven't had time to think about whether or not I would recommend your store. Therefore I gave a neutral response. I am not disappointed. I am not thrilled. There is nothing to fix.
I think a follow up phone call to see how things are working out with the person.
Time spent to fit you properly. Quality of shoes.
Your service is terrific...but the prices are so high! If there's anything you can do to lower them, or give a break to people who've been good customers, that'd be great.
Can't get shoes to feel like they fit-lacing either too loose, too tight. arch feels like it is too far forward on my arch. Can't afford to pay the price. Jim did a great job on info, just not in a position to do it again.
Friendly staff
I spent a lot of money on some orthotics to go in my dress shoes and they didn't stay in place and they are so sticky I can't remove them to use in other shoes.
The people at Foot Solutions take the time to fit you with the correct inserts to help your feet. They are very knowledgeable.
One on one measuring and service

You didn't, I just dont think most of my co-workers will spend that much money. I will if I think it will do any good and I guess I did once already.
good service. think prices on non diabetic r very high. i have 2 think about it. after our trip wed to colo. if our grandsons kidney gets donated in okla that wk, i'll have to wait. because his dad, our son , is the donor, and we have to b there. hope u understand how important that is to us. he will be 27 the wk that the date is set now 4 aug 26.
The knowledge of staff and superior products
Jim was very helpful and gladly ordered the shoes I wanted. The rest of the staff was also helpful when I came in to pick up my shoes.

I would like to see more styles that you have for sale available to look at. There is not much on the sales floor for selection.
