I like how good the shoes make me feel. The technicians are knowledgeable and amiable.

I first met Carol and she was very helpful. I then made an appt. with my podiatrist, and then an appt to met with Dawson. He fit me for orthodics and listened to my concerns with having CMT. I picked up the orthodics today, and again Dawson was very good and professional.
Driving to the Windy Hill store is further for me, as the Kennesaw store would be much closer, but I will continue to make the drive to see Dawson.

The store was roomy and well decorated. The sales personnel and sales or management trainees were very friendly. The concern for the right shoe and fit was evident with the placement of the tools and machines.

The staff is educated and helpful but not pushy. I never feel like I'm being pressed to buy more than what I need.

I did not experience any benefit from the custom Orthotic inserts. Company worked well with me to solve the problem. Really nice staff.

Our order was 'lost' and we called several times to check on it and more than once was rudely told "We will call you when it comes in" on the 4th call we finally got someone to follow up on it and they found that the fax never went. After that call we had our shoes in 1 week. It was very frustrating and un-professional.
