A lot of personal attention - uninterrputed.
I like the quality of the shoes as well as the knowledge of the people about feet and shoes.
The arch supports that I bought do not stay on the sandals that I bought. They come out of the back after a few minutes even with the insoles. Spending $445.00 was a lot of money to me that has not helped me. I have used the ache supports with other shoes but I still have the same pain. Hopefully the pain will get better but I am disappointed. There is nothing to do to fix it.
I bought Chung Shi walking shoes, inserts, and pads. Approx total cost $500. The pads are not Last name removed enough for the shoe when placed on top of the inserts. The pads scoot forward about a half inch leaving the insert to rub my heal and the outside edge of the insert rubs the outside of my foot. I have to take the shoes off every thirty minutes or so to pull the pad back in place. Both of these conditions are not only annoying but the rubbing and movement are painful. I returned the purchase to the store, explained the problem and the offered solution was to glue the pad to the insert to prevent pad movement. This worked fine for approx. 1 week and then the glue lost its adhesion in both shoes and I am back to dealing with the same painful situation. I cannot understand why initially selling a larger pad to accommodate the increased surface area, created by the insert, was not proposed. This has been an expensive experiment that has failed. I am glad I did not initially buy the dress shoes as I would be even more frustrated. Lastly, making another trip to your store is more than an hour round trip plus the cost of gas. Bummer!

I have only had my shoes for only a week, but they seem to be very comfortable and I feel more stable. They are made of good quality materials. Andrew was very polite, patient, very thorough. He answered all the questions I asked and was knowledgeable about all the products. Also Andrew was able to help me pick out the right shoe that would possibly help me with my feet and back.

The shoes have been very durable, lasting a long time. But most importantly, my feet are much more comfortable with the orthodics, especially after wearing my high heels during a job. Daniel has been wonderful in working with us to make sure we got the right fit and, of course, Aaron really knew his job, too. Thanks much for everything.

Reliable and comfortable. Recent visit to store for separators but did not have my size. Purchased the ones available which were thinner( not as comfortable) and smaller. I must need extra large. Will come by the store again in near future.
The shoes I got are great and I wear them almost every day. When I get the orthodontics I ordered I'll let you know about those.
