Knowledge and professionalism of the staff
salesperson took especially long to accommodate my mother and I. Even to the point of helping other customers while we had been waiting patiently for her to bring us her shoes from the back room. Than after 2 weeks, the shoes were not finished correctly as she hadn't placed the order correctly. Again, we had to wait while she re-examined my mother to make sure this order would be correct. again, she helped other customers even though there was another saleswoman present.
INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION AND KNOWLEDGE ABOUT FOOT PROBLEMS
The lady that took care of me could not have been any nicer, was a pleasure to deal with and new exactly what she was talking about, wonderful job on her part. My only thing is i'm not sure the shoes and inserts I bought are taking care of the initial problem I seem to be having. I should have probaby seen my doctor first and got his opinion before spending that kind of money.

The personal service I received was beyond my expectations. The woman spent quite a bit of time with me fitting me, and choosing just the right product. I am enjoying the insoles and feel the quality of the product was the right one for me.
The heel lift has help my left hip and leg pain. The informed and friendly service I received solved my long standing problem. My Rheumatologist had suggested I find a pedorthist. I heard your add on the radio and felt my prayers were answered. The Monroe Ave. location was easy to find and I can order more lifts when I need them. The store staff recognize me when I visit and make me feel welcome. I plan to buy my next walking shoes there.
I try to wear my shoes every day. I feel sick to my stomach and I get a headache. Unless I am going to be in a walking situation, I don't feel I can wear them at all. I cannot kneel down to pick up my granddaughter. That makes me really sad. I wish I could return them. They were sooo expensive and I feel I am in no way getting the benefit that I thought I would get from them. I'm sorry!
I could not recommend FS w/o making my friends aware of the trouble I am having.
