Don the Sales associate whom I worked with in the beginning was knowledgeable and quite helpful. He appeared to truly have an interest in the problem at hand and not merely in selling you something for the sake of a sale. We addressed the issue and jointly resolved the matter and I am very happy with the outcome. (New arch supports) The entire staff of other folks whom I dealt with on a minor basis from time to time was very helpful and friendly.
All in all I am very pleased and rate Foot Solution in Thruway of Winston Salem a definite A + .

Most of the people I know who could benefit from Foot Solutions, just don't have the money to invest. That's the only draw back. I know its a quality product. And worth it in the long run. But no matter how you look at it, its an awful lot of money for shoes.

Service was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Sale prices were good. Wasn't able to buy everything that I wanted because the shoe style wasn't available in my size however, I was happy with the three pair that I bought.

The salesman sold me a shoe that was too small (needed a wide), even though I told him it felt too small! I believe that the store didn't have the shoe in a wide and the salesman wanted the sale. I bought the shoes specifically for a trip that was to occur about 3 weeks later. Ended up getting blisters. I had worn them prior to the trip; they felt tight. Should have taken them back but didn't.

You carry "Brooks" brand shoes, and that your employees are so very helpful.

You have very personable associates. They are very willing to help you. Your shoes are very foot healthy but not the most fashionable. Would like to see more stylish shoes that are good for your feet, if there is such a thing.

I was actually able to find shoes that fit comfortably with my orthotics.

When I did not see more than one pair of shoes that I wanted on the shelf, the sales associate helping me made an effort to look for other styles in the back, and because the style was being discontinued, even sold me the shoes at a good discount.
